In the Confession at Stage 9-4, in response to the question "Can you do anything for your love?", the player must answer "Yes". See a recent post on Tumblr from vincent-x-rin about rincent.
The PlayStation 4 version of the game was localized into English and was released worldwide on September 3, 2019. It was developed and published by Atlus' Studio Zero Team for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita and released in Japan on February 14, 2019. The two bump into each other as Rin attempts to run away from an unknown person. Vincent first meets Rin while walking down a dimly lit street at night. New stages, story content, scenes, and more were added, with some notably large features making the game even better, such as online play and a whole new character called Rin. Rin, or Qatherine, is a love interest for Vincent Brooks.
The player must "correctly" answer at least six of the seven Confessional questions in " Spiral Corridor" and " The Empireo" (from Stage 7-1 to Stage 9-3) (see here and here). Catherine: Full Body is a remake/enhanced port of the 2011 Catherine video game. When 2011s Catherine re-released last year as Catherine: Full Body, it added a plethora of new content for fans to enjoy.

Next, on the sixth day, the player must have Vincent answer the following questions: "Who is Rin to me?" (A: "Someone I need"), "Maybe I want to live that way too. Catherine: Full Body is a remake/enhanced port of the 2011 Catherine video game.
"Would you be able to accept any secret your lover may have?" (A: "I'd be okay") and "What factors in the most when you make an important decision?" (A: "My heart")
First, the player must branch the story into the Rin route by "correctly" answering the following Confessional questions: "Would you want your partner to disclose all their secrets?" (A: "Yes").
Rin True Ending is an ending exclusive to Catherine: Full Body.
